Subway Accident Technomancer Connection?

MOSCOW, Russia: According to MVD sources, Moscow's Monday monorail accident that left passengers injured might have been the work of mysterious "technomancers" - metahumans who are rumored to be able to access and control the Matrix and connected devices with nothing but their minds. Security cameras captured a man exiting the 7:55 a.m. train unscathed after it crashed into the station. The train had torn through two previous stops at full speed when the pilot program was unaccountably overridden. Station cameras were unable to get a clear picture of the suspect, as all security cameras along his exit route suffered significant and inexplicable interference. The MVD is currently following several leads and hopes to apprehend the suspect within hours.
